Presentation from Seminar to give participants  an overview of new requirements and obligations with regard to Children First 2017 and Child Protection Procedures for Primary and Post-Primary Schools 2017. The Children First Act 2015 has placed certain statutory obligation on certain professionals, including registered teachers, who are referred to as mandated persons in the Act. A statutory obligation is an obligation imposed by legislation.
